Christine’s extensive experience and passion of helping people has given her flexibility and understanding of working with people with diverse backgrounds at various levels.  Coaching supports clients by:

She motivates and coaches clients to gain clarity, align with their core values, to create meaningful impact and success in both their organizations and personal lives in a safe, calm and confidential space.

Christine is an ICF certified coach who has coached clients overcome their challenges to reach their goals and Human Resources Professional who has worked in Human Resources field for 25 years. She has held various roles as Human Resources Director contributing to strategic thinking and planning to provide the best in HR solutions supporting the business with the employee life cycle as well as in Employee Relations bringing solutions to complex Employee Relations matters.  She has worked in private and not for profit organizations in various industries namely HR Solutions supporting a client in Banking with over 30,000 employees, Engineering – Oil and Gas, Staffing Solutions and Economic Development both for global and national organizations contributing to building a positive culture through engaged workforce.
